Hi, I’m Misty Leon — independent dog groomer, professional dog whisperer-ish, and the human behind Bitch’n Paws Pet Salon.
I packed up my life in Idaho, made my way to Texas. annnndd after 5 months have decided to move back to my wonderful home state back in Idaho!!! and I've also decided there was no better way to restart my next chapter than by spending my days covered in dog hair, conditioner, and glitter… because apparently I make excellent life choices. 😂
But behind the sarcasm and ridiculous business name, I take one thing very seriously: your dog.
I’m a fully insured, AKC S.A.F.E. Grooming Certified groomer and I’m continuing my education through Animal Behavior College because there’s always more to learn when it comes to grooming, handling, behavior, and keeping our four-legged clients happy and comfortable.
We don't do "One size fits all"
Every dog has their own personality, quirks, comfort level, coat, and… let's be honest… opinions.
Some dogs love the grooming life.
Some act like we're committing a federal offense when the nail grinder comes out.
And some believe the dryer is clearly plotting their demise.
That's okay.
At Bitch’n Paws, we work with the dog in front of us. Every appointment is approached with patience, individualized attention, and a low-stress mindset. Whether your pup needs a bath and brush-out, a tidy-up, a full transformation, or a little extra creative flair, they're treated like an individual—not another dog on a conveyor belt.

Cancellation Policy:
Bitch’n Paws Cancellation Rules. Please give 24 hours' notice for any changes. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% fee applies. No-shows are charged 100%. If you are 15+ minutes late, we may need to reschedule your pet, and a fee could apply. Deposits may be required for new or high-demand clients and are non-refundable for late cancellations. Emergencies are handled case-by-case. We appreciate your cooperation.

-Arrival Window: As a mobile service, arrival times may vary slightly due to traffic and earlier appointments. We appreciate your patience! -Pet Safety: The safety and comfort of your pet is our top priority. If a pet becomes overly stressed or aggressive, the appointment may be stopped and a partial fee may apply. -Weather: In cases of extreme weather, appointments may be rescheduled to ensure safety for pets and groomer.
